The Spring 4th Season Sessions will be held every Tuesday at 12 noon to 1 pm ET starting April 9 & every Wednesday at 7 - 8:15 pm ET starting April 10, until June 18 & 19.

The winter sessions are now wrapping up. We welcome your interest in joining the 4th Season Sessions in Springtime - feel free to get in touch with us about the sessions beginning in early April via the form below. We are offering 4th Season Sessions Open Houses on April 9 & 16 (12 noon ET) and April 10 & 17 (7 pm ET). All with interest are welcome.

The 4th Season Sessions are an opportunity to connect with yourself, others, and a world beyond borders. At a time of rapid change, fragmentation and anxiety we need a place (and time) to rest, relate, and re-orient. Following the arc of Nature’s seasons we’ll find grounding & exploration in this virtual, social environment. Each Session of 60 minutes divides into thirds: a) personal meditation, ‘coming back to yourself’ practice, b) pair listening & sharing practice (in breakout spaces,) and c) the spontaneous third - creative dalliances, group exchange, embodied spirit, seeing & being seen, the emergence of the unplanned…

The invitation is come as you are, come prepared to participate, and break free from the ‘consumer/participant’ model of standard ‘meditation class’. This is not a class! It’s practice, and also the real-thing. Attention-awareness as it unfolds in the moment, with other humans - relating with - mysterious, possibly joyful, scary, revealing, or something else true. Choose your season (only available Fall, Winter, Spring) and commit to 3 months of consistent Life practice. No fee. Only exchange. Welcome to the 4th Season.

Weekly dharma Gathering

Weekly Dharma Gathering is an online platform, started in early 2019, that offers both live and recorded dharma talks by new and leading meditation and Buddhist teachers. Talks have included guided meditation, and vibrant Q & A sessions amidst diverse groups. WDG is currently on hiatus until further notice, however Weekly Dharma Gathering does now have a youtube channel! Please learn more here or subscribe to the channel below.

 

Presence Collective

Presence Collective is a growing community dedicated to personal transformation, social justice and collective liberation. We are a collective of practitioners and teachers from diverse wisdom traditions and backgrounds. We are passionate about embodied and engaged contemplative practice.

 
 

Mentoring

From September to June, David occasionally offers one-to-one mentoring to individuals wishing to deepen and clarify their mindfulness and meditation practice.

Oriented towards individuals on a contemplative or meditative path, mentorship engages in all aspects of practice, including study, retreat, and daily practice. How does practice affect life, and vice versa? Including relationships, livelihood, family, education, career, and more.
